Hi everyone. I have finally come to a solution to the antenna issues I
have had to address here. As it turned out I will be mounting the
scanner/ham antenna in my attic. I've already got cable running down to
my room with this computer, and the person helping me seems to think this
will be an improvement. We've addressed issues of the elements up here,
and they won't be a problem and I will be on second floor where the
antenna in tattic will be on the third floor. I'm just wondering how well
this has worked for other people using VHF/UHF?
