Hi all,

I'm looking for some youth ages 13-18 who would be
interested in joining us for a workshop to create
activities that will be a part of a lesson plan on race
and diversity.

We're using PBS TV clips as a way to get the kids talking
and
brainstorming in a 4 hr workshop that will happen on
Thursday, August 14 from 10am - 2pm. We need kids who have
some experience with diversity issues (racial, LGBT,
differently-abled) and are interested in sharing what they
know. It should be a fun day and the kids will get their
names on the by-line of a lesson plan that will be used
throughout the state.

If you know of anyone who'd be interested, please let me
know. I'd be happy to share more details with you.
