The Wisconsin State Lab of Hygiene (WSLH) is seeking two highly
motivated, self-directed professionals to provide support to the Water
Microbiologist unit. Currently available are: One twelve-month
project.
A well qualified applicant will be familiar with routine laboratory
procedures used in testing water samples, conduct field work and
sample collection; quality assurance to ensure compliance with
applicable regulation; and perform speciallized testing to develop
methods for research projects.
$14.124/hr. 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. These positions may require field
work that may involve early or late working hours during the week.
Weekend and holiday rotation is required. Must be able to lift 50
lbs., distinguish the different colors of the spectrum and hold a WI
driver's license.
