The membership of African Association at the genral meeting held on the 14th
Oct 2000, restated their desire to have a chat with Senator Feingold.     I
have therefore reconstituted the committee responsible for examining the
modus operandi for this CHAT, issues that will be discussed and when it will
take place.

Members of the committee are as follows:

a) Godwin Amegashie

b) Katim Touray ( chairman )

c) Pierre Gbedey

d) Felix Ossia

Members are also advised to send their concerns by private mail to the
president, who will forward them to the committee.
