Have you checked to make sure your video and other components are
compatible with XP? http://www.microsoft.com/hcl/
64MB RAM is extremely low for XP. Once you've checked for compatibility,
you may want to add RAM. If you still can't get XP to work, it will make
Windows 2000 run much better, so no loss.
