Hi,

Change view to Print Layout, hwich is better for both versions; and try
the Zoom at 100 %.

Subject: JFW and Word 2000 and 2002

I am using Word 2000 here and Word 2002 at home, and I ham having
problems
with JAWS reading the document. I am unable to review the line I am
working
on without refreshing the screen several times. In addition, as I use
the
arrow keys to navigate through the document, sometimes lines are stated
to
be blank, but when I use the Up Arrow, I am given text that is on the
line.

I am using JFW 3.7 at work and 4.0 at home, and the problem seems to be
the
same. The documents are maximized; the view is set to normal; page
width is
set to Page Width, and I have tried 75%. Font is usually Arial 12.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
