In the Control Panel, choose the Display icon. Use the tab and arrow keys to
get to the "settings" page. Navigate to the "slider bar" lableed "screen
area". You should be able to use the arrow keys once the screen area is
selected. Make sure to use the "apply" button after making your selection
and then "ok".
