I usually download the latest drivers from wherever and save them on a zip disk. If some are already on CD's, floppies or other media, saving is no problem. If already in Windows and this is a reinstall, those drivers will still be available. If you are talking about copying installed drivers before format and reinstall, you can't really do that since files are all over the OS and in the registry. After I collect 650 Mb of stuff, including updated drivers, I make a CD, then use Advanced Disk Catalogue to catalogue the contents.
