The "best" way is to track down the manual for your motherboard.
(The easiest way is to try it...)
Look for the CTBIOS program that will give you your BIOS numbers
so you can search the rest of the site and (hopefully) find your
manufacturer and model number.

I run the program in Windows, in a DOS box, and use my mouse,
the select, copy and paste buttons to get the number "just right"...
