My understanding is that, so far, scrapie has not been found in
Australia despite an active surveillance program.
The consensus seems to be that "hiding" the brains in scrambled eggs is
the best approach. :)
As I understand it, omega-3 FAs are very unstable at high temperature.
Would the frying process damage the omega-3s and defeat the purpose of
eating the brains in the first place?
