I often start with some pan fried meat. Either slices of boneless pork
loin, or thin bison burgers. Then the eggs in the same pan. On the plate
the meat goes under the eggs. (They have to sit somewhere while the eggs
are cooking!) Also while the eggs are cooking I cut the meat up into small
pieces. On top of the eggs I pour some ground nuts. Usually either pecans
or walnuts, but could be another. I grind them as I need them in a small
oval cylindrical Krups coffee grinder. On top of the ground nuts goes the
fruit.

Don.
