ulcerative colitis. Specifically how you deal with it, have you found and
cure or semi-cure and how does your use of paleo eating impact your colitis?

I know you weren't talking to me, but I, too, have ulcerative colitus. The
paleo diet is very healing for me. I take other steps as well, but detailing
all that isn't appropriate to this list. I have an IBD_Support list on Yahoo
Groups if you're interested ([log in to unmask]). The
archives contain a lot of information on how I was able to use diet and
nutritional supplements to get myself into remission without drugs.
