This really is about "new meats" or perhaps "old meats".

The brother of a friend of mine raises yak in western Nebraska.  I've been
eating yak for about a year.  Wonderful stuff.  Better than beef
by far, better than buffalo.  It's lean and sweet-tasting.  I believe it is
totally grass-fed, though I'm not sure.
