What kind of LI symptoms?  If it's a wrenching gut and diarrhea it could
just be the antibiotic working, killing off the "good" bugs in the
intestinal tract.  Penicillin (and other antibiotics) causes most people a
lot of intestinal distress.  If you have other LI symptoms, I'm sorry I
can't help you with timing of the tablets.
