Nabisco makes a product called Royal Gelatin Dessert.  Last time I
checked they assured me it was GF (two or three months ago) and that it
had a corn base.  I don't know if they make a sugar-free line.  You can
contact Nabisco yourself at 800-NABISCO.  I have always found them very
helpful in determining the gluten status of their food products.
 
I have a box of Cherry flavored gelatin here.  Ingredients listed are:
Sugar, gelatin, fumaric acid (for tartness), sodium citrate (controls
acidity), salt, artificial flavor, artificial color (contains Red 40,
Blue 1).
