I recently visited my OB and asked for a prenatal vitamin because I'm
planning on trying to get pregnant after May of this year.  She recommended
Citracal, Prenate GT, and Premesis.  Has anyone used any of these and does
anyone know if they are GF?  Thanks for your help!
