The Celiac Study Coordinator for University of Utah
e-mailed to make a correction to exactly what they do
and to identify the other university doing research in
celiac disease.  Its all in the e-mail below.  Hope

Dear All,

I called Bayer, and they will not guarantee gluten free for any of their
products.

Does anyone know a baby aspirin that is gluten free?  I've tried the
usual sources without success.
