Martha Poinar wrote, "I went out and bought a bread making machine, but we
couldn't find the
right size *and* get the gluten-free recipes at the same time. So I have
the machine, but no recipes."

I suggest that you call the Red Star Yeast celiac help line for recipes to
use with your machine or help making them. It's 1 800 4 CELIAC. Much
thanks to Glenna Vance at Red Star for this fabulous service. At the CSA
meeting Glenna said that REd STar is going to market an new bread machine
for under $100 to be sold at popular outlets like Walmart which can make g-f
breads with only one rising.
