I have often thought how nice it would be to have a computerized
dictionary of products. Instead of getting a definition, it could tell
you the ingredients, whether it is considered gluten-free and the date of
entry. Of course, updated disks would have to be available once a year
or so but it would be so much easier then standing there leafing through
pages and pages. It could cross reference products, ingredients, etc.
and you could market a version for celiacs, lactose, & diabetics. Just
an idea - support or critisism is welcome! :)
