Does anyone know of a particular brand of Probiotics tablets that would be safe for someone who must be GF, CF and also cannot take soy, legumes (peanuts, lentils, etc.), or potatoes?
Also, re: the advice to take L-Glutamine. That sounds so-o-o-o much like "gluten" that I'm a little wary! More info?
