I noticed Kimberly's letter about Zatarain's products, and thought I would add that I also use their SOuthern Style Fish Fry, which lists no gluten ingredients, and has never given me a problem. I use it for breading eggplant, green tomatoes, chicken..all kinds of things. (Instant mashed potatoes work, too, but the fish fry is better tasting). I also use their shrimp/crab boil seasonings with no problem.
