I used to believe that maltodextrin was made of barley.  I've been told
by someone two people who should know, Cynthia Kupper CRD, executive
director of Gluten Intolerance Group, and Bette Hagman that all
maltodextrin in the United States made of corn and has nothing to do with
barley malt.  So maltodextrin is GF.  ~Valerie in TAcoma, WA
