Hi,
Sorry for the delay in summarization...first of all, thanks to all of you
who responded. This listserv is such a great resource for those of us who
are new to CD. Out of the 15 people who responded about the Hellman's
salad dressing, 10 had no problem with it while 5 react to the dressing or
mayo or both. Many people suggested it could be an egg or milk sensitivity
or a sensitivity to raw vegetables. I think I'll wait a while and try
again in the future.
Does anyone know a brand of mozarella and ricotta cheese that is definetely
GF? Vinegar is a common additive in these and might cause some to be
gluten-containing. I am in MA.
