Jax Peters Lowell is back and we've got her!  In case you missed my 8/8
list serve message, Jax has graciously agreed to speak at our Central
Pennsylvania Gluten Free Health meeting on Friday, September 7, at 7 pm.
This is her second visit to York, PA and the first time our support group
will have an opportunity to hear her in person.  If you've read her
book, "Against the Grain:  The Slightly Eccentric Guide to Living Well
Without Gluten or Wheat", you know what a treat we have in store for our
area.

So walk, drive, bike on over on your Harley, take a bus or a train and
be sure and visit York, PA on 9/7/01 to meet and greet Jax at York
Hospital, 1001 S. George St. (near Exit 16 of Interstate 83), in Room
1802 of the Education Building at York Hos pital.  See you there!
