dont know if this is silly..but i just discarded 5 lbs of wheat flour that
was stored in a plastic tupperwear-type container..i would like to re-use the
container for my non-gluten flour....how paranoid do i have to be about doing
that? is a good thorough hot water and soap washing good enough? im thinking
im being a bit alarmist but not sure
