Hi Donald!

   The system you have has a unique SeePU BIOS that reads "known" CPU's and sets up the motherboard accordingly.
   Officially a Celeron 500 PPGA is the fastest CPU supported...

   But unofficially Intel books show this 440ZX/100 Chipset to go to x8 or a 533 PPGA and latest BIOS could run 800Mhz PIII. But no PPGA PIII were ever built, they were all FC-PGA. PowerLeap makes a piece that might be a work around.
