 There are many software to solve this problem manually.
 For examle: "PowerStrip"
 http://www.entechtaiwan.com/cgi-bin/cc.exe?url=168.144.101.149/ftp/pstrip.exe
 Menu: Options/Adapter information...
 Then discard Readonly check box, and in the AGP system configuration
 frame choose 4x - transfer rate check box.
 Finally click on Apply button.
