Kevin,
Your fsb is very important for performance and the Pc133 chip should run at
66, but check the mfg to be sure.
Also something you are not considering is its CAS rating.
If your are looking for "cheap" then Pc100/std Cas (3) is ok.
For much better performance and if you are able to use SDRam chips,
CAs 2 is the way to go. For $50 you can get 256mb Cas2, Pc133 chip.

interested in learning more.
