Simple answer is Yes. However, w/o a box the only programming you will
receive is on the basic tier (no premiums or PPVs). You may read/hear
about filters on the cable line. If there are filters in place it's only
for the video aspect of the feed and has nothing to do with your net
connection. BTW, I'm suprised your query got past the moderators; let's
