A doctor in the D.C. area used to do a radio show here and when someone
called to ask about food combining or separating or hygienics or whatever
it's called, he said it's complete crap. He said stomach acid is so strong
that you could throw a brick in your stomach and the acid would break it
down, so the idea that you need to eat different types of food separately is
ridiculous.
