Those societies, that were vegetarian and enjoyed good health, ate a great
deal of raw dairy.  Weston A. Price (www.westonaprice.org) and Ronald Schmid
have written about these societies.

I do not believe that a diet devoid of animal source foods is sustainable.
The Kung eat meat rather infrequently, but hunt every few days to get
meat...spending a disproportionate amount of energy to hunt as compared to
gathering...they cannot live without meat.  If they could they would just
eat mongomongo nuts.
