speaking of canned fish....in Loren Cordain's new book..The Paleo Diet...he
states that you should not eat canned fish...according to him most of the
vitamins are destroyed and the fat in the fish is turned in to something
toxic....he said you should eat only fresh or frozen...and if you have to eat
canned eat water pack,no salt,or canned in olive oil.

also...i have read that you should never heat flax oil but in several of the
books recipes flax oil is used to rub meat and 400 degree heat is called for.
what's the deal with this?

what do any of you think about this?
