About the trans-fatty acid thing...I cannot help but remember the old
margarine ads from the 1970's where they had Mother nature-type figure
eating margarine and thinking it was butter, and when she finds out, a
lightening bolt strikes and she snarls, "IT'S NOT NICE TO FOOL MOTHER
NATURE!!"

How Ironic, now that we're finding the stuff is way worse for us than
plain old butter.

I guess the moral of the story is that you CAN'T fool mother nature.
