of the organic farmers in France switched to organic because of ther
health problems related to the use of pesticides in the field.
At the time you din't go organic because it was profitable but because you
had too.
For the efficiency: by weight it is true because most of conventional
produce have oedema. by solid content and nutrition value it will be worth
comparing , by investment cost and environmental long term impact it could
be interesting .
Chemical farming is efficient for the banks not the farmers.
