I survive on bread and eat fresh pasta, pasta from the kosher market and a
brand of italian pasta called divella  marked pareve that my son found. The
people who own the deli didn't know what it meant and were glad to find out
because people asked them all the time for dairy free products!
meanwhile "Cafe Twists" are a great lactose free snack--three
flavors-raspberry, mocha and chocolate chip.
I know Trader Joe's carries them but I've heard they are in other markets  as
well.
