The words in the subject line shouldn't matter if it is preceded by the  list
name.

Perhaps that is the solution to this problem.  Perhaps the list serve  should
not allow people to choose not to have the list name in the subject  line.
If the list name is in the subject line and returned as SPAM then  delete the
subscriber, not the ISP.
