Please admit the obvious- You have never generated any intelligible critism
of Halifa's economic policy.  Halifa is not your fool, he is a career
Gambian politician who is also lucky to have a professional economist, Dr.
Tijan Sallah (World Bank, Washington DC), as his junior brother.

I would suggest to you from now on to make educated comments about policy
matters and stop the demagoguery.
