Hi everyone.  Tonight, while on my net we had some kid putting out a 1 KHz
test tone on the repeater, and then after the net I was meeting with
someone on the repeater informally, and the person kept keying up and
talking and we couldn't make out what he was saying, but it sounded like a
kid, and they were putting out a 1 KHz tone as well, and I wasn't able to
copy on the input, but I just pointed out in my QSO to this person to give
his call, and if he was unlicensed he shouldn't be on the air, and nothing
happened.  Is there anything more I can do?  I was just using my HT, which
is what I have to get on, and the only thing right now.
