You got me curious about this mode again.  I did play around last night with
Digipan and JAWS.  I could get Jaws to read the incoming text but had to
keep using arrow keys to keep reading.  Would be nice if incoming text was
read automaticly.  Maybe it can be done, but it is beyond my Jaws knowledge.

If you buy an interface, it will run between 30 and 100 dollars.  A simple
5$ cable from Radio Shack and free psk software will get you on RX and you
can see if it works for you and if you like it.

Another thing to remember is that since it is afsk you can't have your
screen reader voice going out over the air.  If you are using the same sound
card for screen reader and  psk, you will have to bear this in mind and work
around it.
