Good morning Buch and group.  First to program a repeater in on 2-meters
you press the enter key that turns the keypad into a number pad.  Then you
enter in the frequency I.E. 145.330  Then press the 7 key after you
entered in the frequency until you hear the second high pitched beep Then,
press the A key in the upper right corner and then 7 again and then turn
the dial until you hear a beep, and this will be 67 HZ, and then turn
until you get to the desired PL tone.  I don't know what your repeaters
use in your area, but in the case of repeaters on 2-meters around here we
use 100 Hz PLs, and that case it is 13 turns.  Hope this helps.
