Send an email to:

[log in to unmask]

(watch the spelling in that address).  In the body of the message, place:

unsubscribe blind-hams

If you prefer to just go nomail instead of actually unsubscribing, the
message in the body would be:

set blind-hams nomail

When you get back, send to the same server address and in the body, place:

set blind-hams mail
