I am not trying to be problematic but according to the book the anser is 31.5 watts. We discussed this as a possible answer too but were about as ambiguous as the below so still working on it.....
I think the formula I need to transforms is wats = 10 log p1 over p2 so if p1 is 50
the log of 1.5873015 (0.2) x 10 = 2.01 which is still not right. Hmmmmm.
Well, it is late on Friday and I think I will leave it for the weekend to take another look.
