Its 5 MHz, and it doesn't appear to be the default on 440, because I am
transmitting on a repeater on 443.550 that has an off set of +5 MHz making
the input448.550. When I transmit on this repeater on 443.550 I don't
transmit on the input, 448.550, but on the output of 443.550. This
repeater has no PL so that isn't an issue.
