Have you tried to install each of the new SODIMMS one at a
time? If only one is bad then it should boot with the
good one and you can find which it is. The E-6644 should
take up to 512 Mb SODIMMS. Could be that both are bad
 too. I've had that happen.

I have a PIII fujitsu E-6644. I replaced the 128Mb module
by two 256Mb memory module, but no luck: the computer
doesn't want to boot. I hear two long beep, and two series
of 3 short beep. The new memory is a Azenram, 256 mb
 144pin pc133.

The original memory that came with the computer is a
Samsung PC133s-333-542-b1. By putting them side by side,
it looks as though all memory module are 144 pins also.
  What could be the problem?
