I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, or Mylgic Encephalomyelitis, and
am pursuing Paleo as a way to recover from it. My specialists have just
diagnosed me with allergies to beef and chicken and all their by-products, as
well as yeast, wheat, and citrus. Unfortunately, being allergic to
chicken, beef, and citrus really puts a crimp in the Paleo-variety of
one's diet. *sigh* Any advice?
