Todd, your symptoms also match several other things. For me, a sudden amount
of a non-paleo item like ice cream (I just can't help it!) or meal with a
high proportion of pasta (most of my friends think of pasta as healthful)
will bring on similar symptoms.

Also, some kind of mild food poisoning, perhaps improperly handled or washed
greens, will do it when I eat out.
