I feel very confused by this, Brian.  I thought one of the reasons we
are all here on this list is because we agree that human beings
evolved eating animal foods, and that we need animal foods?
I think it is possible to live without eating meat, and I am sure
throughout history we have had to do that periodically according to
the seasons or lean times but it isn't sustainable or healthful for
longer than a few months in my experience.
