I give my kids 1 tablespoon each per day (when I can convince them to
take it at all).

My kids are 8, 9 and my "rental-kid" is 12, and I give them 1 teaspoon
for every 30 pounds. They are all in the 90-110 lb range, so I just
make it 1 tablespoon for each.

I don't think there's a maximum, but I understand the 1 tsp per 30-40
pounds of body weight is standard.

I take 2 tablespoons myself, although I don't weight that much, but I am
EFA deficient.
