from the various posts on this subject, it sort of sounds like cod liver oil
is actually the BEST way to get omega 3s, and the cheapest. Better than flax
oil and better than fish oil capsules. On the other hand, Neanderthin and
Paleo Diet both seemed to play it down. If more questions will be submitted
to Dr. Cordain, could this be one of them: is cod liver oil the best source
of omega 3s, or flax oil, or fish oil capsules? Personally I'm confused at
this point (but that's not anything new, on the subject of proper diet).
