While I may not be Cambodian, I do have an infestation of lady bugs in my
house. This occurs every year right about now. Their carcasses can be found
in my bed, rug, salt box....

Are they edible, and has anyone tried them, or have any delicous recipes?

I wonder what their nutritional profile is? (hint hint, Amadeus....)

Thanks,

Judy Genova, cavegirl
